
Dr. Agnieszka Lukaszczyk is a founder and the CEO of hiALtitude Consulting. She is a distinguished leader in the space industry, renowned for her expertise in government affairs, space policy, and international collaboration. With a career spanning multiple sectors of space governance, Dr. Lukaszczyk has made significant contributions to shaping global space policies and advancing the integration of space technologies into the broader economy.
Formerly the Vice President for Government Affairs, EMEA at Planet, she played a key role in advancing the company’s strategic partnerships and public policy agenda across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Prior to this, she held several influential positions at the European Commission, where she worked on pioneering initiatives in space policy, space security, and Earth observation.
Dr. Lukaszczyk’s leadership extends beyond corporate and governmental sectors. She has served as the Brussels Office Director for the Secure World Foundation, a leading NGO focused on space sustainability, and as a research fellow at the European Space Policy Institute. As an advocate for the next generation of space leaders, she has held senior roles with the Space Generation Advisory Council, including Executive Director and Chair.
Currently, Dr. Lukaszczyk chairs the Sustainability Task Force at the International Astronautical Federation (IAF), where she drives global efforts to ensure the long-term sustainability of space activities.
